Booking and Payment
a. All bookings must be made through our website or via email.
b. A deposit of 50% of the total package price is required to confirm your booking.
c. The remaining balance must be paid at least 14 days before your travel date.
d. If payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and retain the deposit paid.

Cancellation and Refund
a. If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing.
b. If you cancel more than 14 days before your travel date, we will refund your deposit, less a cancellation fee of 10% of the total package price.
c. If you cancel within 14 days of your travel date, there will be no refund of your deposit.
d. No refund will be given for any unused portion of the package.

Changes and Amendments
a. If you wish to make changes to your booking, you must notify us in writing.
b. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
c. Any changes made within 14 days of your travel date may be subject to a change fee of 10% of the total package price.

Travel Documents and Insurance
a. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have all necessary travel documents, such as passports and visas, before you travel.
b. We recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances, such as medical emergencies or trip cancellations.
c. Please note that we do not provide travel insurance and any costs associated with travel insurance will be your responsibility.

Accommodation and Activities
a. We reserve the right to change the accommodation and activities listed in the package due to unforeseen circumstances, such as bad weather or hotel availability.
b. We will do our best to provide alternative options of similar standard and value.

Liability and Responsibility
a. We will not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to you or your property during your travel.
b. We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover any such incidents.
c. We will not be liable for any delay, cancellation, or change to your travel due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or airline strikes.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
a. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the country where our company is registered.
b. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of that country.
